Area weight 3.1 kg/m² 4.8 kg/m²
Minimum bending radius 0.5 m Not applicable
Initial application direction Suitable curved or load-constrained roofs after assessment Suitable flat or low-slope roofs and conventional mounting formats after assessment

A minimum bending radius of 0.5 m is the tightest installation curvature that may be evaluated for the frameless configuration under suitable project conditions. It does not mean that the module can be folded or repeatedly bent. Module weight is not total PV system load; fixing systems, cables, construction and maintenance loads, environmental actions and the existing roof must also be assessed.

3. Installation and Engineering Boundaries

For suitable roof substrates and project conditions, the frameless configuration may be evaluated with an approved structural-adhesive system or a suitable supporting structure. The framed configuration may be evaluated with applicable rails and clamps. Final design must consider roof substrate, structural capacity, building height, roof edge and corner wind effects, snow, drainage, waterproofing, electrical design, fire requirements, construction and local codes, and must be confirmed by qualified project professionals.

X-SOLAR does not use “lightweight” to mean that structural assessment is unnecessary, does not describe “flexible” as repeated-bending capability, and does not claim that every roof can use a non-penetrating installation.

4. Certification, Testing and Warranty

Certification and test documents only support the holder, model, sample, standard, test conditions and validity explicitly identified in the document. ISO management-system certification is not a model-specific XSFM-560-T2 product certification. Any TÜV, CQC, IEC, salt-spray, flammability, wind-tunnel or other test statement must link to the relevant evidence and state its scope.

Warranty periods, degradation terms and exclusions are governed by the formal warranty document and applicable sales contract. No duration should be presented as an unconditional guarantee before the responsible legal entity and complete terms are confirmed.
